Our stay at Movenpick Makkah Hajar Tower was pleasant with its convenient location near Masjid al-Haram and efficient check-in process. The room was clean, and we appreciated the breakfast, especially when it was delivered to our room. The staff's hospitality was excellent, particularly at the Hajar restaurant. The leisure facilities provided a relaxing environment, enhancing our family bonding during our visit to nearby landmarks like Safa and Marwa, the Grand Mosque, and Kaaba.

Thanks a lot everyone for a memorable stay of four nights. In general the staff were supportive and super. Had individual, amazing room that was kept clean. It overlooked the city and had a cozy bed. The location was unbeatable there, very close to the grand mosque.

Perfect, fairly clean place with exceptionally courteous staff who directed me to the duty manager. Very central location in Hagar restaurant with exceptional views. And near to holy mosque, public transport and where everybody should be treated equally.

Amazing location closest to Al-Haram, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Dedicated lifts ensure quick access. Complimentary upgrades to Haram view add a special touch.

This place deserves more than 5 stars, it has functional rooms and serves marvellous breakfast. The location is wonderful iN ALL THE 5 RESTAURANTS. As for me the food is good, and they have lots of meals. Thanks, you are dope!

Cleanliness was excellent. Elevators to mall were slow. Breakfast spread needs improvement. Bed was comfortable. Efficient hotel elevators. Helpful concierge for luggage. Helpful staff. Rooms need updating. Great restaurants and amenities. Nice stay overall.

Exceptional service, upgraded to suite, best view, best bed, amazing staff.

It is an extremely convenient place - 20 minutes' walk to the downtown. The room is good sized for partial haram view. The restaurant is good for dinner or launch. Thanks you, guys!

The place was perfect and had ever so helpful staff with a porter, liked the stay. We took a double room and it had a storage and Wi-Fi. Adapted bathrooms, that included a roll-in shower.

Delicious late night chocolate treat, marshmallow-soft bed, plenty of swirling sand and rippling waves. Cons: I absolutely loved everything about my stay, couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Perfect!

Right next to a mosque and a tower, the location is particularly good and marvellous. The breakfast is very very good with many varieties, has outstanding food.
